Project: UK Platform Marketing employee # 1. Successfully test and evaluate the UK market for revenue opportunities. Multiple banking launches with  (Revolut, Starling, Tide, Transferwise). Partner campaigns to drive uptake of fintech products.

Results: Proved multiple use cases for platform revenue - payments, lending, open banking bank feeds, app attach (LTV & retention).

Platform is now 11% of global revenue and worth $188m.

Project: Led marketing for EMEA & APAC, hiring a team from scratch. Also responsible for building SDRs and Internship programme. Introduced digital ABM, SEO content strategy and pipeline growth via small and large-scale events.

Results: Successfully proved global scalability of a previously US-led business. Ended FY over 200% of marketing originated revenue target. Growth from US->Global helped secure Bullhorn's sale from Vista PE to Insight.

Project: Initially to drive growth, whilst diversifying the marketing mix from paid activity. Global economic issues meant I adjusted the growth strategy to a new ICP and lending products.

Results: I helped double the revenue in nine months and re-established product market fit with new segments of customers. With successful content and SEO strategies, I was able to reduce CAC by 33%.
